Cabinet FAQs

  • How much will my kitchen cost?
    • Every project is different and we cannot guess at what yours might cost. The best thing to do is schedule an estimate so we can get a good grasp on what you want and give you an accurate quote.
  • What is your turn around time?
    • 5 - 10 business days from receiving your deposit.
  • Do you sell just cabinet doors?
    • Unfortunately, we do not.
  • Do you refinish existing cabinets?
    • We do not, we only replace cabinets.
  • Do you offer installation?
    • Yes we do. However, we also offer cabinets flat packed, assembled and delivered.
  • Where are you located?
    • We office out of farmers branch, however, most of our showroom appointments take place at our supplier locations. Please reach out to a salesperson regarding the appropriate showroom for your project.
  • Do you do repairs?
    • We offer repairs on our work and products but we will not modify existing cabinets that we did not install.
  • How far will you travel?
    • There is no limit, but there may be a travel fee for extended distances.
  • Do you offer free estimates?

  • Do you offer demolition services?
    • Yes we do however we cannot offer plumbing or electrical services at this time.

Counter Tops FAQs

  • Do you charge per square foot?
    • We charge based on the project and its needs. Due to this, our per square foot numbers often vary and are not an accurate basis for quoting our products in comparison to competitors pricing. 
  • Do you offer fabrication and installation?
    • Yes we do.
  • Can I get a different edge?
    • We offer an array of edges, however, many will incur an additional cost.
  • Whats the difference between quartz and granite?
    • Quartz is a man-made product that offers the highest level of scratch and stain resistance. Its only weakness is to extreme heat. Granite is a natural stone which leads to more variation in color and veining. It is naturally porous and should be sealed every year.
  • Do the counter tops come sealed?
    • There is a factory seal that comes with the most stone, but we do recommend another coat before use to ensure more longevity.
  • How often do I need to seal quartz and granite?
    • Quartz does not need to be sealed, however there are quartz care products available. Granite should be sealed once every year.
  • How long does it take to install?
    • Most installations are completed within a day. Our installation manager will set an expectation for your specific job during scheduling.
  • What is the difference between slab and pre-fabricated?
    • Slabs are full sheets of stone that must be fabricated on all sides once the individual pieces are cut from it. Pre-fabricated pieces are cut to standard cabinet and island depth. This saves a significant amount of time and money in the fabrication process.
  • Will you hook up the sink and faucet?
    • We will set the sink to the stone as well as cut all the necessary holes for your faucet, however, we do not offer plumbing services at this time.
  • Can I keep my current back splash?
    • In general, during the demolition process, a minimum of one row of back splash will break or crack. We do not guarantee or warranty any back splash through the demolition process.
